About the Author

Mark Mosley is a proud Ravenclaw, vintage video gamer (yeah Battletoads!), and Marvel nerd who somehow ended up with an insane passion for teaching Language Arts to teenagers.

Having worked for 15 years with high school students (some of whom haven’t read a book since Dr. Seuss), Mark was inspired to write a story even his most reluctant readers would finish.

The first result of his quest? Convict Island – a fast-paced story packed with sarcasm, humor, and action.
